Set up to send Whatsapp Template messages

1. Set up Whatsapp cloud API

Please check the steps for getting the Cloud API token here;

Collect the "Phone Number ID" and "Whatsapp Business Cloud ID"

2. Get your Whatsapp cloud API - Permanent access token

3. Set up the Add on

1. Install the add on from Google Marketplace (here)

2. Open Google slides and open the sidebar

3. Open the add on

4. Choose "Authorize access"

5. "Allow" access to the add on

6. AI Image creator will be installed

4. Add the permanent token to the add on

1. Select the permanent token from step 1

2. Fill in the permanent token and other details

3. The details will be saved automatically

5. Choose the template

1. Select "Send Whatsapp messages"

2. Select "Select (or) change template selection"

3. You templates list will be shown. Click on the template to know more about the template

4. You can "Select" and the template will be added to the page

4. To create a new template, follow the steps here

Currently, we support only sending template messages

5. Send the messages

1. Select the column for phone numbers to whom the messages should be sent. The phone number should be in 'Country_code MobileNumber' format. e.g. If the country is USA, and mobile number is 650-001-0040 then use 16500010040

2. If your template has any variable (or) additional information needed, please select the column name for the other variables as well

3. Select "Start Whatsapp Wave"

6. See success / Failure in the google sheet

The success / failure for each message will be updated in the Google sheet
